Message	compress the .jpg format more... and then you'll only lose color depth, not resolution. Just convert them to the highest quality .jpg of a lower resolution. 800X600 pictures fit well on screens runing 1024X768 on tt.net with the menubar on the left, which is probably what most people run on their computers..
